Hoshing Chang, Founder:
Passionate About Your Victory
My greatest passion is to see others be successful. What drives me is that I believe everyone has an opportunity and everyone has a leader in them. At work, I bring the least experienced to the most experienced. At home, I adopted and raised an underprivileged kid to become the hope of the next generation.

Way Wise's birth stems from the passion of helping more leaders be better, more significant, be more.
I helped people to be successful since I was a kid. I helped my disabled sister ever since I have memory. I helped my brother after our parents suddenly passed away when I was a teenager. I helped the distracted when I was in college. I am helping my adopted son to fulfill his American dream. Others' success is my number one priority.
As a leader, I continue to grow young professionals and my colleagues into becoming the best they can be. I am leading 20 highly educated scientists in contributing to the missions of protecting public health. I also taught in Sunday School and served as a youth ministry leader for ten years. Making others successful in becoming leaders is my calling. That is why I join the John Maxwell Team to equip myself to be a leader maker. That is also why I start Way Wise to serve you for your victory.
The leadership education materials are mainly from the leadership guru, Dr. John C. Maxwell, more than 100 leadership books, and the Bible. (Jesus is the best example of a servant leader.)
I believe the future of the human race relies on how we equip the next generations of leaders. I also think success does not happen instantly but requires small steps of improvement over a long time. A well-equipped leadership coach will guide you through the up-and-down of your leadership journey to reach your goal. Remember that the disappointment is God's appointment for us to grow, and I am here to serve to reach your goal.
